These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and CJ777 ("CJ777", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the online betting and casino services available at cj777.cam and any associated subdomains or applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and irrevocably accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless expressly stated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin entitlement, cashback credit or other promotional incentive awarded to a Player subject to conditions.

CJ777 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time, including at the point of registration, on first withdrawal, and at any other time the Platform considers necessary to comply with its obligations or protect platform integrity.

To use the Platform's betting and casino services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and such other information as the Platform requests.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your Account. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify CJ777 support immediately via the Help Center.

• You must provide a valid email address that you own and have regular access to, as account communications will be sent to this address.
• Account details must reflect your true legal identity. Nicknames, aliases or fictitious names are not permitted.
• CJ777 recommends enabling two-step verification (2FA) on your Account to add a layer of security against unauthorized access.
• Passwords should be strong, unique and not reused from other services. CJ777 is not responsible for losses arising from inadequate password hygiene on the Player's part.
• Account usernames and email addresses may not be transferred to another person under any circumstances.

CJ777 reserves the right to refuse account registrations, close accounts or request additional verification at its discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such decisions.

To participate in real-money betting or casino games on CJ777, you must first fund your Account by making a deposit. Deposits must be made using payment methods currently available on the Platform.

Players may request to withdraw funds from their Account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. CJ777 is committed to processing withdrawal requests diligently, but does not guarantee specific processing timelines, as these may be affected by verification requirements, payment processing times and other factors outside our direct control.

• KYC Requirement: All Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed. This includes submission of a valid government-issued identity document (such as CNIC or passport) and a recent proof of address.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in the Player's own name that matches the registered Account details. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Each Bonus is subject to specific terms that govern its use, including the applicable Wagering Requirement, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, validity period and any maximum withdrawal cap.

• Only one Welcome Bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device or payment method unless CJ777 expressly permits otherwise.
• Bonuses credited to a Player's Account cannot be transferred to another Player or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering completion process.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the CJ777 Platform, including sports betting, live in-play betting, casino games, live-dealer tables and any other wagering product available on the Platform.

• All bets are placed at the Player's sole discretion and risk. CJ777 accepts no responsibility for bets placed in error by the Player.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within each respective game or market.
• In-play betting odds are subject to change in real time. Bets accepted at a given price are binding at that price regardless of subsequent movements.

• Technical malfunctions during a gaming session (e.g., connection interruption) will be resolved in accordance with the Platform's disconnection policy, which is available in the Help Center.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the CJ777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, forfeiture of Account balances and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, or using fraudulent payment instruments.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether directly or through the use of alternate identities, addresses or payment methods.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus structures, including the use of hedging bets, low-risk guaranteed profit strategies, or coordinated play across multiple accounts to extract bonus value without genuine sporting or gaming risk.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players in casino games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing hand information in live-dealer games or sharing in-play data ahead of market suspension.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine recreational wagering. CJ777 operates anti-money-laundering controls and will report suspicious transactions where required.
• Unauthorized Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, AI tools or other automated systems to place bets, collect data or interact with the Platform in ways not permitted by these Terms.
• Accessing from Prohibited Jurisdictions: Using VPNs, proxies or other tools to access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which access is prohibited.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written consent from CJ777 or the relevant rights holder.
• The CJ777 brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary and may not be used without prior written authorization.
• Scraping, data mining, indexing or systematic collection of any content from the Platform by automated means is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CJ777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, including sports betting results, casino game results or any other wagering activity.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, connectivity failures or software errors that affect the availability or performance of the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account by a third party as a result of your failure to maintain adequate Account security.
• Actions taken by CJ777 in accordance with these Terms, including Account suspension, bonus cancellation or withdrawal delays triggered by KYC or fraud-prevention procedures.
• Inaccuracies in odds, pricing or market information that were corrected prior to bet acceptance.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

CJ777 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected during registration, KYC and platform use is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible-gambling compliance and, where consented to, marketing communications.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's jurisdiction of incorporation or license, as applicable and communicated through official operator channels.
